Our Technology team is currently implementing complex global projects in a vast portfolio of industries – e-commerce, retail, insurance, banking, telecommunications, automotive, public sector, travel and culture. We are a leading system integrator for SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Salesforce, Adobe, Workday, and other innovative technology partners. Some of the platforms we actively integrate are SAP Commerce Cloud, Intershop, MuleSoft, Adobe AEM, IBM Sterling, CommerceTools, etc. but we are also building custom solutions from scratch, i.e. based on microservices. We work with Java, JavaScript/Typescript, React, Angular, and Python. We partner and actively work with the biggest cloud providers like AWS, Google, Azure, etc.

  • Additional parental leave – each father or non-birth parent can take 8 calendar weeks of leave, during which he will receive 100% of his basic salary;
  • Adoption leave – every child needs a supportive family. All our employees are entitled to adoption leave of up to 365 calendar days.

We stand by our employees even when they are facing some of the most difficult moments in life. We offer the following benefits to your core package, regardless of gender:

  • Up to 4 calendar weeks of bereavement leave for spouse, partner, or child.
  • Leave due to miscarriage (before the 28th week):
    • 3 working days of paid leave (in general), starting from the first working day after the miscarriage. 
    • For the 3 days of the miscarriage leave, Accenture pays the difference between the state compensation to make up 100% of the parent’s base salary. 
    • Non-birth parent is entitled to 3 working days of paid leave. 
  • Leave due to stillbirth (at or after the 28th week):
    • 42 calendar days of maternity leave (in general) – for the first 4 weeks Accenture pays the difference between the state benefit to reach 100% of the basic salary;
    • Every non-birth parent is entitled to 4 calendar weeks of paid leave.
