We are Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) – a dedicated team of 33,200 people, serving customers in 29 countries, who work together to make, move and sell some the world’s most loved brands.

We have two offices in Bulgaria. Our Sofia office, located on Sitnyakovo Boulevard close to the city centre and airport, is home to a large part of our Finance Shared Services Centre, a Reporting and Analysis Centre of Expertise, and parts of the HR, Procurement and BPT teams. Our Varna office, is located close to the Sea Garden and comprises the remainder of our Finance Shared Services Centre activities.

Tamsin Hoborough – Vice President, Finance Shared Services Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) Sofia, Bulgaria
Tamsin was appointed Vice President, Finance Shared Services for CCEP in May 2019.  Based in Sofia Bulgaria she leads a team of over 1000 people based in our Sofia and Varna offices.  She is also a member of the Finance Leadership team, reporting to the group’s CFO. In addition, as Business Process Owner for Source-to-Pay, Tamsin is responsible for the development and delivery of Accounts Payable capabilities and services across CCEP geographies.
During her 18 years in the Coke system Tamsin has held a variety of roles within the Finance team at including GB Compliance Manager, GB Accounting Controller (RTR Manager), European Tax Manager, European Tax Director, Director, Purchase to Pay (PTP) and, Director, Customer to Cash (CTC). 
In each assignment, she has always played a critical role in developing world-class capabilities and adding value to the organization. Before joining CCEP, Tamsin spent five years at Deloitte and four years at British Airways Engineering in various capacities.
She holds a Master’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering with Management from Imperial College, London and is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA).
Tamsin is a British national but relocated with her husband and 3 daughters in July 2015 from the UK to Sofia, Bulgaria.
